is this Caridina babaulti 'Stripes'?
In that case I know some people who have them...

Yes I think so..............quite a small form only just over 20-25mm as adults.

I have quite few offsprings now (10-20), but they have the same color, like on the photo.

Mine sometimes come out with yellow , orange or even green bodies.
Its always the females though.

I'm trying to select some of these different ones into different tanks.

It is very intresting, could you share some more photo? What is your water parameters? Do you keep them alone or there is another species in the tank?

Sorry I don't have any pictures of them right now.
I'll try and take some soon.

My water is just tap water with a pH of 8.1,GH 12, and KH 8.

They are now kept on thier own........I found they didn't compete very well with other species.

Thanks for the info, and I am waiting for the pictures Wink

I keep them with red cherry, but i will separate them, because cherrys breed much more fast.
