Dear friends of invertebrate-keeping,
The Crustaforum, the german Garnelenforum as well as the Crusta Union invites you on Saturday, 22nd of July 2006 to join us at our major gab session!
Order of events:
- 10:00am Welcoming (Thomas Madjar / Mr. Grohs)
- 10:15 – 10:30am Introduction of the CU (Thomas Madjar)
- 10:30 – 11:00am The ekosystem of aquariums – basics and coherences, a short insight (Lidija Madjar)
- 11:00 – 11:30am Basics of keeping invertebrates in fresh water tanks. Species, requirements, specialities (Christian Splettstößer)
- till about 12:00am Discussion
break / pocket fair Please make sure to contact Thomas Madjar in advance under thomas@madjar.de to sign up for the pocket fair and let him know which invertebrates your are about to bring along.
- 02:00 bis 02:30pm The apple snail and her greedy kinship in fresh water tanks.
Breeding, defects of housing, parasites and medical treatment (Alexandra Behrendt)
- 03:00 bis 03:30pm Basics on keeping and breeding Cambarellus patzcuarensis sp. Orange (George Morzinek)
- till about 04:00pm Workshop: How to put up a Hamburger Mattenfilter (Thomas Madjar)
- after that there will be enough time for open themes and small talk.
Aquatop has arranged some extra lounge space next to the entrance doors where there is time to gossip and share some fun moments together.
Also, there is a variety of fast food restaurants near by, so hunger won’t strike the fun of it. However, Aquatop might organize some snacks as well.
That day is all about our beloved invertebrates. There will be e great range of them to be purchased as well as many specialities on invertebrate-keeping & co.!
