Hello,

Is the colourchanging extremly or only from white to cream white?

A little bit changing into a cream white is not a problem.
If they become a really yellow colour is it not really normal.
Have you pictures?

You should made more water changing the next time. At first 80% of the water, and the next days up to two weeks some times 50%.
This would helps, if the reason is a toxic reaction.

when I bought them they were bright white and now they are uncolor. I can't take a picture until next week. but they are all eating. another problem is that my two females loose the eggs on the 3º day of pregnacy, and there are several males to fertilize the eggs. I don't get it! in last month one female got a lot shrimplets and they are all growing well! I do 30% water change every week! isn't enough?

... it is nomally that the colour changes a little bit when the shrimps grow up.
When they are all ok, it's nothing worse.
Young females loose sometimes the eggs. When they become older, it would be better. Give them time and very soft water with a ph under 7.
The waterchanging of weekly 30% must be enough.
