Prepare the Agar Agar as instructed on the packing. Chill the mixture, peel the vegetables (when purchased at the superstore), add the nettles and mash in a food processor. Strain the gained pulp for it’ll be pretty watery at first. Occasionally pound and add further ingredients.
As soon as the mixture has cooled off, mix the ingredients.
Portion into an ice dispenser or a freezer bag and flatten into a bar.
The pulp will be firm after cooling. It can be stored in a fridge for some days or either be frozen. Portion it with a knife or feed iced cubed. If frozen into a thin bar, small pieces can be broken off easily to be fed to either the shrimps or other invertebrates.
Shrimps do fairly accept this food, snails and catfish sure will love it!
*Agar Agar is some gelling agent made of seaweed. You’ll get it at health food shops.
