Hi,
as requested by Ulli I´d like to introduce my new "Fan Shrimp" Tank.
I only could realise this project because my Cherax peknyi (formerly known as Cherax "Zebra") "Catweazle" unfortunately died 2 weeks ago.
The Tank is decorated with "Savanna wood", bogwood, 1/2 coconutshell, 1 lavastone and "Riverbed Sand".
I only used "Brasilanischer Wassernabel" Hydrocotyle leucocephala and mossballs Cladrophora aegagrophila for plantation.
The tank is filtered by 2 filters, 1 AquaBall with diffusor for current (savemade with a sponge) and an airpump opperated sponge filter.
But now the most important part of the tank ,my inhabitants :
4 Atya gabonensis
4 Atyopsis moluccensis
4 Atyoida pilipes
4 Aegla platensis
13 Aspidoras pauciradiatus and
2 Gastromyzon punctulatus (I guess)
sofar I don´t have pictures of Atya gabonensis. |

Wow..awesome photos! I keep two fan shrimp~ atyoida pilipes. One has become very beautiful since acclimating to my tank. Lots of blue & tan patterns. Good luck with your tank. Love the hillstream loach. |
